Everything was absolutely delightful. We loved our accommodations in Christchurch and in Tahiti our bungalow was all decorated for our anniversary. We were so pleased with everything that you arranged for us. In Kaikoura we were able to swim with the dolphins before our whale watch tour.

We met Jacky and Bill Keith at JFK on our way home from Botswana one year. We began chatting and realized that we had been staying at the same safari camp in the Okavango Delta.

Long ago we learned that we were not group travelers and that we wanted more specialized travel. Jacky is very patient with us and we ask a lot of her while she fine tunes everything to create a perfect trip. One year she figured out how to get us to Beijing and across Siberia on the Trans Siberian railroad and up to Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Helsinki. It was a fabulous adventure and typically our kind of offbeat itinerary. Since that trip we have been guided to some wonderful places by Esplanade Tours, some of which we liked so much we have revisited.

The qualities we find most appealing in our travel agency are their willingness to plan an unusual itinerary, care in selecting excellent properties and activities, their firsthand knowledge of the regions they sell, concern for our well being as we travel, ability to obtain the best prices, and above all friendliness.
